HELLO! Welcome to our Ranch. Our small farm is located in Pauline SC. Where we raise Boer, Boer cross and quality meat goats. This is a view of our spacious home we built ourselves as a family. It took about 2 years. We have enjoyed living here the past 4 years with our two teenage sons and ten year old daughter. Raising boer goats an teenagers at the same time is quite a combination! On the other hand our daughter loves it. She gives them a birth name one by one. |
Here my young buck Seth gards the gate I guess he thinks a doe might get away, little did he Know he was on his way back to the other pasture .My daughter loves the goats my teenage sons don't want anything to do with them to them they mean work .Miranda on the other hand does'nt mind at all ,the goats follow her down to te oaks where she pulls down branches for them to eat on . |
Here Ashley and tink play in the front pasture , we try to keep year round pasture ,with burmuda fescue ,winter oats andwinter rye . So we dont have to buy much hay .The fence is 7 strands of high tinsle electric , and works good at keeping goats in and preditors out and also keeps goats from hanging themselves . I just need to cut off the tops of the poles .this is new fence . |
